Starlings In A Rusty Tin Roof.


The Wordless Wednesday Logo was designed by Crazy Cath and I stole it from her as I cannot make headings or logos myself. Its good though, isn't it?
Oooops sorry its supposed to be wordless! Ssssssshhhhh!

    Great picture Maggie. Starlings always remind me of the spiv Pte Walker in Dad's Army. And I have no idea why... I'd better keep quiet now too, I think!

    I know that starlings are supposed to be a pest, but I love them, they are really entertaining, especially when they flock into the garden. I put out suet for them, and while they are nesting and with the hatchlings they seem to love it (and they totally ignore it the rest of the year!).

    I'm not really back at the moment, just visiting friends, but I am ok, just having a bad patch!

    I like that picture! I hear most folks don't like Starlings, but you have to love the root of their name...when you wish...
