Rest A While

PhotoStory Friday
Hosted by Cecily and MamaGeek

These photos are copyright of Maggie May.

I often describe going to my local seaside resort and this is where we sometimes end up having a sandwich while we look out to sea. If we are lucky, the sea is right in, if not it looks miles away and leaves stretches of muddy sand.
We like being here anyway, wherever the sea is.

We quite enjoy sitting in this lovely place. On a good day, it is sunny, if not it is sheltered.
We can't really lose however the weather turns out to be. Except for rain.
Thats the one thing that would upset the apple cart.

Photostory Friday is hosted by Cecily and MamaGeek. I think it would be worthwhile to pay them a visit.

Beautiful pics of the flowers and especially the flowers around the bench shot! You should put that one up along with Rune (Visual Norway) and his Friday Benches photo meme. Very good pics, Maggie.

It looks a lovely place to sit and relax and just take in the local scene. Know exactly what you mean about the sea being well out of sight! A x

What a lovely place, Maggie. I could wile a way a few hours there and look at the distant sea. The flowers are so nice and the bench is inviting. I hope you never have to share it with anybody else. Only with me, of course.

Hugs,
Irene

That looks like the perfect place to enjoy a meal with a good friend or just to sit and take in all the beauty. It looks like something right out of a story book. I hope you get to spend a lot of time there.
