Maggie Munster

Photo copyright: Sam May

Those naughty granddaughters dressed me up on Halloween. Something to chuckle about while I am indisposed.
I think I will hang on to the wig!

Hope to be back soon.

Footnote: I am back at home now gathering myself up together and will catch up with everyone's blog.
Had excellent care in our wonderful hospital. I cannot fault the Nation Health Service.

I will have to wait for the results of the biopsies.
What you have to do to get an extra week off though!

Great fun for them and you Maggie. Halloween passed me by this year, unfortunately. Now I'm off to try to find out why you are indisposed! A x

Grandchildren are always good for a laugh, we usually end up being the laughing stock though. I like the wig! ;0}

Come on is that really a wig, or is this a bad hair day.

Those 'naughty' granddaughters sound like they love their Grandmother. And it appears that Sam wasn't innocent since he took the photo! :))
Wonderful to have a loving family, Maggie May.
You should keep the wig...but only for looking back at it and remembering a happy Halloween in 2009. Prayers are still being uplifted...and our God reigns.
Love to you from Jackie

Oh lovely Maggie! I was dreading Halloween, being in England at the moment. I was afraid my nieces might try the same sort of thing with me. They are in their 20s...both dressed up as blood spattered nurses carrying meat cleavers...aaargh!

I spent a quiet evening having dinner with my daughter, son-in-law and his parents, with not a trick-or-treater in sight.

Sending you hugs and positive thoughts Maggie (( ))

Finally, a full frontal portrait of you, Maggie May:) You were a good sport to let the granddaughters get you dressed up for Halloween. Hopefully, the wig will only be used for Halloween laughs after this.
I'll be with you in thought this afternoon.

Thinking about you today Maggie, knowing you're not far away. All my fingers are crossed and all my Best Wishes sent to you.

I hope you didn't take the wig into hospital with you, they may send you to a 'secure unit'!!

You must be a "super" grandmother for your granddaugters to want to dress you up. That pic is a keeper!

Keep up the smile and fight!

Goodness, Maggie, that is quite the hairstyle. I think I'd find a new hairdresser.

I was so busy concocting my witch's brew recently, that I failed to visit blogpals as often as usual. Cooking DOES get in the way of life, what?!
I think I shall have to visit your hairdresser myself...

Briliant! How many trick or treaters did you scare when you opened the door?

Maggie,

I just heard about the illness. Sweetie, I pray that you are fine and that this is just a benign health scare. I know I've had plenty of those myself. Take good care, my friend.

Peace - D

Lovin' this picture, Maggie! Gotta tell you too that we have a black wig here very similar to yours -really long and quite bushy in fullness, ya know. Anytime Kurtis sees it being shown or even gazed upon by one of us, he goes into an immediate panic -running, screaming, oh the terror, ya know! And of course, Miss Maya soon saw how afraid he is of that thing so we had to hide it then to keep her from constantly trying to scare the living daylights out of the poor kid.
Glad to know you are now beginning the "mending" program and that there will be nothing but major improvements for you from here on out!
